As soon as I imagine dieting, I start thinking about all the foods I can’t eat, like bacon and pizza, and I’m already depressed.
It’s largely self-defeating, and I’m convinced it’s the reason that most diets ultimately fail.
I love food, but as I’ve had a few kids and gotten a little older, I’ve had to find ways to eat the things I love and want in ways that are good for me.
Pizza ranks right up there on the top of the list of SO NOT diet foods, so when Ann at Cooking Healthy for Me asked me to whip up something tasty for her blog, I knew just what to do.
