1/4 c. butter
30 large marshmallows or 3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Melt butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add corn syrup, peanut butter and chocolate chips; stir until the mixture is well blended and the chocolate chips are completely melted.
Add cereal; gently toss to coat. Cool slightly. With wet hands, shape mixture in 1 1/2″ balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Cool completely.
Yields: About 4 dozen.
